P1.1 These Promotion Terms apply to all WM996 promotions, campaigns, bonuses, rewards, and related offers (collectively, the “Promotion”).

P1.2 By joining any Promotion, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and any extra rules shown on the Promotion page.

P2.1 Each member may join the same Promotion claim once only, unless the Promotion page clearly states otherwise.

P2.2 WM996 may treat multiple accounts as the same participant if we detect linkage indicators (including but not limited to):

• P2.2(a) Same or highly similar address
• P2.2(b) Same email address
• P2.2(c) Same phone number
• P2.2(d) Same/linked device or browser fingerprint
• P2.2(e) Same payment method
• P2.2(f) Same or highly similar IP/network environment

P2.3 If we find attempts to bypass these rules, WM996 may cancel eligibility and take enforcement actions.

P3.1 Promotions are for genuine entertainment and must be based on reasonable, independent, and bona fide betting activity.

P3.2 Prohibited conduct includes (non-exhaustive): manipulation, exploiting system weaknesses, collusion, organized arbitrage, using bots/scripts/unauthorized tools, cross-platform hedging, or systematic betting to lock outcomes or reduce risk.

P4.1 Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games or bet types stated in the Promotion.

P4.2 If bonus funds are used on excluded or restricted products, those bets may be treated as invalid and/or not counted as valid turnover.

P4.3 All promotions are not applicable to the purchase of any free spin game bonuses.

P4.4 If non-compliance is found, WM996 may adjust or cancel bonuses and deduct any winnings generated from the non-compliant activity.

P5.1 WM996 may review betting records, transaction records, access logs, and device/network linkage data within a reasonable scope.

P5.2 Where risk signals or violations are identified, WM996 may suspend/freeze accounts, restrict withdrawals or Promotion eligibility, and/or terminate access pending verification or investigation.

P6.1 WM996 reserves the right to amend these Promotion Terms at any time. Updated terms take effect once published.

P6.2 WM996 retains the final right of interpretation and enforcement for all Promotions. If language versions conflict, the English version shall prevail unless WM996 determines otherwise.

G1.1 You must provide accurate, true, and complete information during registration, and keep your account details updated.

G1.2 You must protect your login credentials. If suspicious login or activity is detected, WM996 may apply access restrictions to safeguard the account.

G2.1 For compliance, security, and risk-control purposes, WM996 may request identity verification and supporting documents at any time.

G2.2 If verification is not completed, WM996 may restrict deposits, withdrawals, Promotions, and/or account access.

G3.1 Deposits and withdrawals must follow WM996 procedures, limits, and required verification checks.

G3.2 WM996 may request proof of ownership for payment methods and may reject transactions that appear inconsistent, unauthorized, or high-risk.

G4.1 WM996 may monitor accounts and transactions to prevent fraud, meet AML obligations, and maintain platform integrity.

G4.2 If suspicious or non-compliant activity is identified, WM996 may suspend/freeze the account and withhold processing while review is ongoing.

G5.1 Opposite or hedging bets intended to reduce variance or lock outcomes are strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:

• G5.1(a) Roulette: betting both Red and Black
• G5.1(b) Baccarat: betting both Banker and Player

G5.2 Such bets may be voided and/or excluded from turnover calculations. WM996 may impose account restrictions where necessary.

G6.1 To reduce systematic abuse or abnormal betting patterns, WM996 may apply number-based betting limits (where applicable), including but not limited to:

• G6.1(a) Roulette: maximum 24 numbers per round (example cannot place 25+ numbers)
• G6.1(b) 3D Lottery: maximum 600 numbers
• G6.1(c) 4D Lottery: maximum 5,500 numbers

G6.2 Bets that exceed these limits may be treated as violations and may be voided and/or excluded from eligibility for related offers or benefits.

G7.1 Gaming should be for entertainment. If you need help managing play behavior, please use any available responsible gaming tools (where provided), such as self-exclusion or limit settings.

G7.2 WM996 may take reasonable measures to support responsible gaming and user protection when risk indicators are detected.

G8.1 WM996 processes personal data for account management, security, compliance, fraud prevention, and service operations.

G8.2 Where required by law or for compliance needs, WM996 may share necessary data with service providers or competent authorities, with appropriate safeguards applied.

G9.1 WM996 may perform maintenance and updates, and temporary service interruptions may occur.

G9.2 If technical issues affect settlement or records, WM996 may verify using system logs and provider data and correct results where appropriate.

G10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WM996 is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.

G10.2 WM996 reserves the right to amend these General Terms at any time and retains final interpretation and enforcement rights.
